Classic buttercream cake adorned in gilded sugar flowers and leaves with a perfectly imperfect edge.
Cakes travel best on flat surfaces in air conditioned or room temperature vehicles (think the trunk of your car, the floor of the car in the back, or the passenger seat pushed back and put on the ground of the passenger seat). For leftovers, the best way to keep the cake fresh is to put plastic wrap over the cut parts of the cake and to place it in an airtight container or back into the cake box and into the refrigerator. I want to get married again just so I can order another beautiful and delicious cake from Nancy. She was so easy to work with, responded quickly to emails, and was incredibly receptive to my requests. Not only was our cake absolutely stunning, but it was the best cake I’ve ever eaten.
